The OSU Psychiatry Residency Program is an ACGME-accredited program designed to accommodate the individual learning needs of osteopathic physicians.
Our program has 20 approved slots and is focused on comprehensive psychiatric care. The residency focuses on both inpatient and outpatient aspects of patient care and the enhancement of clinical credentials in specific areas.
Applicants will be considered only with the completion of an application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for the 2018 application year. Interviews for the program typically start in September and are normally completed by November.
Applications must include:
- Official transcript from an accredited College of Medicine
- All national board scores for exams taken to date
- Three letters of recommendation
- Dean’s letter of recommendation with current GPA and class ranking
