Jason Beaman, D.O., M.S., M.P.H., FAPA

jason beamanDr. Jason Beaman graduated medical school from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.  He then completed two simultaneous residencies in psychiatry and family medicine.

 

After residency, Dr. Beaman completed a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  He holds board certifications in family medicine, psychiatry, forensic psychiatry and addiction medicine. After fellowship, Dr. Beaman completed a master’s degree in pharmacology with an emphasis in forensics at the University of Florida.  He also obtained a master’s in public health from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Beaman currently serves as the chair of psychiatry and behavioral science at OSU Center for Health Sciences.

Anna Mazur, Ph.D., HSP

Anna MazurDr. Anna Mazur, Ph.D., serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, and is Director of Neuropsychology Division at OSU Behavioral Medicine Clinic.

 

Dr. Mazur obtained her Ph.D. at Ball State University and completed the doctoral residency at London Health Sciences Centre, followed by a formal fellowship at Alberta Children’s Hospital.

 

Dr. Mazur specializes in clinical neuropsychological evaluation of children and adults. She performs a variety of independent evaluations in the civil and criminal domain, including evaluations for and related to effects of brain injury, concussions, motor-vehicle accidents, intellectual disabilities, capacity, and malingering.

 

Active in research and academia, Dr. Mazur has presented on regional, national, and international conferences. Her publications include book chapters, research articles, and contributions to specialized encyclopedias. Her research interests include the topics of brain injury, malingering, and neuropsychological assessment.

 

Dr. Mazur provides IME, expert witness, and consultation services nationally to plaintiff and defense attorneys. She is an expert in forensic report writing and testifying at deposition and trial.
